Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we\'re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges for items in new, unwashed, unworn condition.Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Submit a return request

Initiate a return here or follow the instructions below.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.

Submit an exchange request

To initiate an exchange, email [email protected] and include your order number and the product you would like to exchange for the item you previously purchased. We will then issue you a return shipping label.
